I stopped cold turkey over the weekend and it’s starting to make me feel crappy right now. My fiance keeps telling me I will not complete it but I’m so strong about this I will. recently I started getting painful sensations inside my stomach and I really want a cigarette. I have not had a puff in for many years. The ugliest aspect about stopping certainly is the beginning few days. Just take some Vitamin C daily because you were a smoker all vitamin C from your body was destroyed by the smoke….It is also a preventive against cancer…I take 3000 mg a day (Camu-Camu is the best in powder)
